Fill out the fields below to have your Hendricks County Event listed on our online event calendar. Submitting your event is both simple and FREE.
To be included in the calendar, your event must meet the following guidelines:
- Takes place in Hendricks County
- Be open to the public
- Actively promotes to, and attracts, out-of-town visitors
Events must draw in leisure travelers. This does not include camps, multi-week classes and workshops, library events/classes and workshops, sports league and recreational registrations, events such as conferences, meetings and school-sanctioned functions that already have a built-in audience coming and don’t have a marketing need.

It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added. You will be notified if your event can not be approved.
