Learn your Hoosier history at this stop located in the historic 1861 Academy Building, which housed the very first high school in Central Indiana. The museum features permanent and temporary educational exhibits and a one-room school. Visitors can experience life in the 1800s through displays, artifacts, resources and special events. Located on the second floor, the museum is not handicapped accessible.
