Christmas Under the Stars Parade & Winter Market

Christmas Under the Stars in Brownsburg is the ultimate small-town Christmas experience. This one-day event begins at 4 p.m. Dec. 6 at Brownsburg’s Town Hall.

Shop the Winter Market, visit Santa and end the night with a festive parade through town.

Step into a Winter Wonderland at Trees of Plainfield on Dec. 5-7 & 12-14 from 6-9 p.m. Explore the trail of beautifully decorated trees, grab treats from local food vendors and enjoy festive activities like cookie decorating with Mrs. Claus, meeting Santa & the Grinch, participating in snowball fights and making s'mores by the fire.

You can find this free, family-friendly event at the Al & Jan Barker Sports Complex in Plainfield.

Winterland Light Show

Winterland Light Show Tunnel

A magical, drive-through light show at Ellis Park in Danville. With over a million dazzling lights decorating the park, this is a festive way to take in the season from the comfort of your car.

It's perfect for families, couples or anyone looking for a cozy night out. This light show runs Sundays-Thursdays from 6-9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 6-10 p.m.

The Nutcracker - Holiday Ballet

A classic Holiday tradition starts with catching a festive show, and The Nutcracker is a must-see. 

The Children's Ballet, in partnership with Hendricks Symphony, brings this beloved performance back to Hendricks Live! again this year. It’s the perfect indoor outing for families, couples or anyone craving those cozy holiday vibes.
