Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Danville!
Join us in Downtown Danville for Paddy’s on the Square, our annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration packed with fun, food, and festivities! Whether you’re looking for family-friendly activities, an energizing 5K, or an evening 21+ Pub Crawl, there’s something for everyone.

Event Highlights:
Dyeing of the Fountain Ceremony @ Noon: Watch the iconic downtown fountain turn green as we kick off the celebration with this beloved St. Patrick’s Day tradition.
5K Walk/Run @ 5:30 p.m.: Lace up your sneakers and take part in a spirited 5K through downtown. All skill levels are welcome! Note: Route begins at the Danville Athletic Club and goes through Ellis Park.
Pub Crawl @ 6 p.m. (21+): Explore downtown’s bars and restaurants with themed drinks and special St. Patrick’s Day offerings.
Food & Drink:
Downtown restaurants will be serving up festive St. Patrick’s Day fare all day, including:

Food: Reuben sliders, corned beef & cabbage sliders, St. Patrick’s-themed charcuterie cups, pistachio ricotta cake, and more!
Drinks: Fuzzy Leprechaun, green beer, and other themed cocktails.
Downtown Shopping:
Take advantage of the event to explore downtown shops, which will also be open throughout the day. Find unique gifts, décor, and more.
