      The second annual Pittsboro Parks Department Bluegrass Festival takes place at Scamahorn Park and will feature three of the finest Bluegrass bands in the Midwest.

      During the day those in attendance will get the opportunity to listen to music during the course of a summer afternoon. Food trucks, area vendors, and more will be at the festival.
