This event will consist of a 5K (3.1 mile) race or walk and a 1 mile dedication walk (for those that wish to support mental health awareness but are not runners).
The purpose of this event is to raise awareness about mental health and to reduce the stigma associated with mental health diagnosis. We also wish to encourage healthy coping skills (exercising) that are scientifically proven to increase mental health functioning and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. #stopthestigma
Register by April 17th to be guaranteed a race shirt.
