Women on Weights

This strength training class is tailored to women of all ages and abilities. Your instructors will help you to improve your muscular strength, function, shape and definition through the use of light dumbbells and barbells. Participants are encouraged to bring their own towel and stability ball, which will be incorporated into various exercises. No prior weight training experience is required.
