Join us for Yoga in Town Square presented by Balance & Breath Yoga and Wellness. Instructors will lead you through a yoga class created for all ages and experience levels.
Expect to gently move through class at your own pace with plenty of modifications to challenge or ease your practice. Instructors will guide participants through breath awareness and movement, ending class with stress reduction and relaxation often called shavasana. Classes are sure to lift your mood and give you clarity as you move about your day.
