Working with Hendricks County was very easy. They made everything very seamless. They were a great liaison, not only between us and the hotel, but also the local attractions that we had to partner with during the event.

Indiana Rural Health Association Events
Visit Hendricks County (VHC) has been so helpful finding meeting locations for the Indiana Rural Health Association events. One of the most valuable services provided is that of connecting our Association with food pantries in the county where we can send the canned goods donated by our conference attendees. VHC has connected us with the Mary Lee Maier Food Pantry for our food drives and Sheltering Wings with taking our leftover perishable food. Being able to connect local groups with philanthropic efforts is a benefit to utilizing your services. It has been an honor and a privilege to work with Visit Hendricks County. Indiana Rural Health Association now has several great facilities in Hendricks County with which to work, and we look forward to continuing this beneficial and worthwhile relationship in a county that is so accessible to our membership.
ISAE STAR Awards
The team at Visit Hendricks County has been a longtime supporter of our association and was instrumental in organizing our biggest event of the year this past December. In addition to their logistical support of this successful event, VHC staff connected us with the Misty Eyes animal shelter for our onsite food drive, then personally delivered the boxes of pet food to the shelter. I am consistently impressed by the dedication and outstanding level of support displayed by VHC in helping our organization and members achieve our goals.

Alpha Delta Kappa State Convention
Alpha Delta Kappa Honorary Teachers’ Sorority. The April Convention was held in Plainfield, and from the time I contacted Visit Hendricks County in January to explain the kinds of sessions I was hoping to offer, their assistance in planning and follow-up were thorough and very helpful. In fact, they initiated contact with several area businesses, and by the time I contacted them for follow-up, they had already penciled us in. I am very grateful for Visit Hendricks County’s continuing assistance.
