Where to Find the Best Hot Drinks in Hendricks County Indiana
Published on
Whether it's an outdoor adventure or a cruise through the countryside, these activities are incomplete without a cup of something delicious, warming your chilly fingers.
Read on to see the best places in Hendricks County, Indiana, to discover your new favorite hot drink.
The Beehive
House-made syrups set The Beehive's drinks apart from the ordinary. Anything you choose from their list of beverages has been thoughtfully curated, be it a standard favorite such as the Honeybean Latte or their ever-exciting seasonal specialties.
Pair your choice of coffee or tea with one of their extensive cookie bar offerings, and you'll be perfectly fueled for adventure.
The Green Room Cafe
This sophisticated coffee-to-cocktail spot, housed in Hendricks Live! (hence the showbiz moniker), makes the perfect place to relax, whether you’re waiting to hit the stage or caffeinating for a big day.
Their cozy seasonal drinks are a lovely complement to a blustery day–be it a Sweater Weather Latte (chai, espresso, and autumn spice syrup) or Pumpkin Pie Latte with house-made pumpkin sauce. Pair with their Avocado Toast or Pesto Chicken Flatbread, and you’ll be prepared for anything the weather brings.
Best Friends Coffee & Bagels
Best Friends in Brownsburg boasts a great selection of classic espresso concoctions you won't find at every other coffee shop, such as Cafe Con Panna (espresso with whipped cream), Cortado (equal parts espresso and milk), Buttered Coffee and the Cuban Cappuccino, which is a delicious twist on a favorite with sweetened condensed milk.
If you'd rather skip the coffee, they have delicious matcha tea lattes, chai lattes and -- of course -- hot chocolate. All pair beautifully with one of their breakfast or lunch bagelwiches.
Ms. B’s Teas
Discover loose-leaf tea blends such as Cranberry Orange and Apple Crumble Green Tea at this lovely spot. In addition to delicious salads and sandwiches, diners can enjoy a full afternoon tea, complete with their brew of choice.
Ms. B’s boasts dozens of delectable blends, all of which can be enjoyed during your visit or taken home by the bag.
Insider tip: these make perfect Christmas gifts for the tea enthusiast in your life – it’s never too early to start shopping!
Fields Coffee
At the very top of my list this season is the Pumpkin Roll Latte from this popular Danville destination. A breve with pumpkin spice and marshmallow cream, this over-the-top treat will be worth the inevitable sugar crash that comes after.
Housed inside The Center, this coffee shop offers lots of favorites every season made with house-made syrups that parents can savor while their kiddos tackle the giant play structure. Or use that sugar high to fuel a few laps on the walking track. Aside from the coffee, all of these amenities are free at this well-loved community center.
