Toast & Thyme Elevates Breakfast and Lunch in Brownsburg Indiana
Published on
A new cafe opened in Brownsburg, Indiana, a few months ago, and it's already become a local favorite!
Toast and Thyme offers a welcoming upscale breakfast and lunch spot with a creative specialty menu. I've already visited multiple times, bringing my family and friends to check it out, and everything has been delicious every time.
A Place To Gather
Toast & Thyme, owned by Mikaella Mendoza and Douglas Argueta, offers breakfast, lunch and specialty coffee in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
They've created the cafe to be a place that is welcoming and inviting, and where guests can enjoy fresh, quality food. Mikaella shared, "I’ve always believed some of life’s best moments happen around a table, whether it’s catching up with friends over coffee, celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a quiet breakfast."
Seasonal Menu Items
From their avocado toast and breakfast sammies to their delicious salmon bowl for lunch, everything I've tried has been amazing. Our kids have even enjoyed the perfect waffles.
Their menu changes seasonally, so there's always something new, giving plenty of reason to visit often. They can even customize menu options to make them vegetarian or gluten-free.
Specialty Coffees
With house-made syrups and creative coffee flavors, Toast & Thyme has elevated the local coffee scene. I've tried espresso drinks with honey, citrus and even beets, and the unique flavors enhance the overall experience.
Follow them on social media, where you can get a peek at their seasonal flavors and unique flavor combinations before you visit.
