This short-track, oval race at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park (formerly Lucas Oil Raceway) takes place the evening before the Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS). Carb Night Classic "The Race Before the 500" will feature four great racing series including USF Pro 2000 and USF2000 Championships, National Pavement Midget Championship feature and the USAC Silver Crown National Championship.

Event Date: May 26, 2023

Update: The 70th Anniversary Hoosier Hundred at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park has been postponed to Friday, May 26th - joining the Carb Night Classic presented by Protective Insurance. The Hoosier Hundred will now become a points-paying Silver Crown race and remain at the 100-mile race distance on May 26th. Pre-purchased tickets to the Hoosier Hundred will be good for admission at the Carb Night Classic presented by Protective Insurance.

Parking & Camping
For free general parking, enter through the Main Gate off US Highway 136/Crawfordsville Road. Free primitive camping is also available to all fans.

Coolers

Parking

Transportation

Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park is not located on a public bus line. Most taxi companies and ride share services, like Uber and Lyft, will make runs to the track.

Pets

Animals are not allowed at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. The only exception is made for service animals. 

Seating, Suites and Hospitality

General Admission seating changes daily. There are 3 suite areas; Oval Suites, Parks Tower and Concourse Suites as well as hospitality tents throughout the event.
