Hendricks County's Top Signature Drinks
Published on
Great drinks aren’t hard to find in Hendricks County, Indiana; they’re everywhere.
From colorful margaritas to creative, one-of-a-kind cocktails, these signature drinks offer something for every kind of night out.
Whether you’re catching up with friends or planning your next date night, there’s always something new to try.
Here are five standout stops to sip your way through, each with a signature drink that’s worth ordering:
Rush Off Main
During the warmer months, the outdoor patio at Rush Off Main in Brownsburg is the place to be with a cocktail in hand, of course. Although you can enjoy these signature cocktails year-round.
Pineapple and Blue Curaçao? The Rush Punch combines both with sweet and sour and house-made pineapple-infused rum for a cocktail that’s light, refreshing and goes down way too easy. Bonus: it’s only $6.
Brew Link Brewing
Brew Link is known for its wide selection of craft beers, and a flight is the perfect way to sample a variety of styles.
If you’re not sure where to start, go for one of their fruit- or citrus-forward options. They are light, refreshing and easy to sip while sitting inside their expansive dining area or outside on the patio.
The Prewitt Restaurant + Lounge
I like my cocktails on the sweet side, so this next one is perfect for me. The S.B.N.T.S.(sweet but not too sweet) includes vodka, peach, pear, house-made sour and soda water.
The Peanut Gallery was my second-favorite drink at The Prewitt in Plainfield, and let me just say that I definitely didn’t see that coming. I was skeptical of peanut butter and espresso together, but since they’re two of my favorite flavors, it somehow just works, and works really well.
Whiskey Bent Bar & Grill
If it’s not already, the Hand Stand Lemonade should be Whiskey Bent Bar & Grill’s ode to summer. Bright, refreshing, and the perfect balance of sweet and tart; it’s pure perfection in a glass.
It’s the kind of drink you’ll keep ordering long after the sun goes down. Head to Avon and give it a try.
