From large nature preserves including McCloud Nature Park in North Salem and Echo Hollow Nature Park in Plainfield to our active community parks with a host of amenities including splash pads, playgrounds, trails and other outdoor recreation opportunities, Hendricks County truly has a park to meet every need.
But the fun and beauty doesn’t stop there. There are also a few garden and landscaping centers worth checking out. We even have one that has become a visitor destination. Avon Gardens has been recognized in the Midwest for its pristine walk-through gardens.
