Public Meetings
The Hendricks County Tourism Commission is the appointed governmental body that manages the disbursement of the collected innkeeper’s tax funds. These funds are collected from the visitor staying overnight in a local hotel, and pass through to the county, and onto the Tourism Commission. The Tourism Commission meets quarterly.

The Board of Directors of Visit Hendricks County, Inc. (formerly the Hendricks County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc.) will meet at the offices of Visit Hendricks County at 8 West Main Street in Danville. The meeting will take place in the Crawley Business Center on the second floor. The meeting is accessible by elevator if needed.
