Public Meetings

The Hendricks County Tourism Commission is the appointed governmental body that manages the disbursement of the collected innkeeper’s tax funds. These funds are collected from the visitor staying overnight in a local hotel, and pass through to the county, and onto the Tourism Commission. The Tourism Commission meets quarterly.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, the July meetings of the Tourism Commission and Hendricks County Convention and Visitors Bureau will be held both in person and virtually.

Thursday, November 12th at 2:00 PM

The Hendricks County Tourism Commission will be hosting a hybrid in person/virtual business meeting Thursday, November 12th at 2:00 PM at the offices of Visit Hendricks County in the Crawley Business Center located at 8 W. Main Street in Danville. Seating is limited, however access can be provided via Zoom meeting link.

Hendricks County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc.

Thursday, November 12th at 2:30 PM

The Hendricks County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc. Board of Directors will be hosting a hybrid meeting in the Crawley Business Center at the Visit Hendricks County office at 8 West Main Street in Danville. Seating is limited, however access can be provided via Zoom meeting link.
