In just a few months Hendricks Live!, the first art and entertainment venue in Hendricks County, Indiana, will celebrate its first anniversary. The 2024 season was packed with Grammy-Award winning artists, Hendricks Symphony performances and local adult and youth performances. They welcomed more than 13,000 visitors from 36 states in addition to Indiana.

And the early returns on the inaugural season have been phenomenal as visitors love the intimate setting the venue offers along with the variety and quality of the entertainment.

The performing arts center recently released their schedule for the first six months of 2025, and there’s more to come as dates are being filled by special guest artists and unique events. If you are a fan of blues, pop, funk rock or contemporary piano, Hendricks Live! has you covered in 2025 with acts like the Robert Cray Band, John Waite, Here Come the Mummies and Jim Brickman.

And don’t miss tribute acts for the Allman Brothers, Prince and Led Zeppelin.

Unique events fans can only find at Hendricks Live! are scattered throughout the upcoming schedule as well. On a Winter’s Night features Lucy Kaplansky, Cliff Eberhardt, John Gorka and Patty Larkin – all legendary Americana folk artists – coming together for one incredible show.

In February, the venue is partnering with WTTS Radio and Main Street Plainfield for a Valentine’s Day evening with dinner by Cunningham Restaurant Group and a performance by popular talent Jennie Devoe. There will be family shows as well. You’ve heard of Cirque du Soleil? Check out the Cirque Mechanics: Pedal Punk in March, featuring a performance inspired by the modern circus.

When the news of the local performing arts venue made headlines some of the biggest fans were our local theatre, symphony and dance organizations. They finally had a place they could call home.

The Hendricks Civic Theater will perform Alice In Wonderland Jr. in late February and early March and Death Trap over Memorial Day weekend. And don’t miss the Hendricks Symphony presenting Apples to Oranges in late April among many other local artist performances throughout the year.

Did you know they have an entire event space available for rent? Hendricks Live! has hosted weddings, corporate events and community events already.

They have seating for 130 in their event space outside the theater including a beautiful outdoor terrace, dressing rooms, large production screens and monitors and catering space for any event you can dream up. Groups can rent the 600-seat theater as well. Floorplans can be altered to create the perfect space for your group.
