North Salem Old Fashion Days
The North Salem Old Fashion Days festival returns Sept. 5–6 in historic North Salem, Indiana. Celebrate the traditions through food, family fun and live entertainment.
Festival highlights include the Old Fashion Days Parade at 11 a.m. on Saturday, the Perillo’s Pizza Eating Contest, the pet parade, horse pull, pie contest, bed race and so much more throughout the entire weekend.
Merge Mural Fest
A new event is coming to Danville in September. Merge Mural Fest will feature local, regional and even global artists creating mural installations on walls and the sides of buildings in the downtown area.
The artists will work on the walls, all in the same vicinity and within walking distance of each other, the entire week of Sept. 14, with a public event featuring the unveilings of each on Saturday, Sept. 19.
Festival of the Arts
The Festival of the Arts is a free annual event that brings together artists, performers, and art lovers for a weekend filled with creativity and inspiration at Arbuckle Acres Park in Brownsburg.

Beasley's Fall Opening Weekends
Beasley's Orchard kicks off their fall festival season in September with their opening weekend on Sept. 19-20 and their Hometown Heroes weekend on Sept. 26-27.
You'll be to enjoy apple picking, apple cider and all things fall. You'll also get to enjoy their marigold fields too.
Plainfield Quaker Days
Quaker Days is a weekend full of fun! It'll feature an outdoor craft event with food, vendors, a parade, music, a car show, drone show, the Back Your Badge Marathon and so much more.
The celebration starts with a couple of outdoor movies on Sept. 17 and continues through the weekend, with most of the activities happening on Saturday. The Quaker Day Parade starts at 10a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19. Check here for the complete schedule.
St. Malachy Country Fair and Hog Roast
St. Malachy County Fair and Hog Roast includes a Hog Jog 5K, live entertainment, fair rides, food and more. Enjoy the festivities Sept. 18-19.

Indiana Guitar Show
The fall edition of the Indiana Guitar Show & Music Gear Expo, one of the Midwest’s largest music events, will feature more than 100 vendors, featuring vintage instruments, new gear, vinyl records and memorabilia on Sept. 26-27.
Held at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds and Conference Complex in Danville, guests can browse, buy, sell or trade while connecting with dealers and musicians from across the country. Live demos and raffles make this a must-attend event for collectors and music fans alike.
